How does the webshop function and what are the terms
How do I palce an order?
To enter an order you must do the following:
  1. Add the required parts to you basket
  2. View the contents of the basket
  3. Confirm that the content of the basket is correct
  4. Enter your data, i.e. name, address, postal code, town, country, phone number as well as your e-mail address. Please also state delivery address if different from mail-address. Please also remember to accept the terms of trade.
  5. Pay for the order with your credit card
  6. The transaction has now been carried through. Your order confirmation will be shown and sent on to you if you have stated your e-mail address.

How do I view my basket?
Regardless of where ýou are on the web-shop you may view the contents of your pabket by clicking on .

When the contents are shown, you may either annul or change an article or add a new article.

Freight Charge at the Time of Order
To all orders to be shipped from Lillnord we add a standard freight charge of DKK 180 regardless of number of articles to be purchased. The charge is also added to orders for Scandinavia and Europe thoug not for Greenland, Faroe Islands and islands not conneted to mainland by a bridge. When the customer picks up the goods at the Lillnord facotry the amount charged will be DKK 50.
Shipment of Goods
We ship with forwarder or by post. For all goods in the web-shop the expected time of delivery is stated. We can, however, not guarantee that orders will be delivered within the stated time. (In most cases the goods will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.)
We make reservations for sold out goods and outstanding articles. Lillnord A/S cannot be made responsible for delays and potential costs due to delays, nor for defective articles or articles delivered by mistake. By post goods will be delivered on the following day. Goods shipped with tforwarder will be delivered to the first door at the ground level.
Receipt of Goods
ON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS IT IS IMPORTANT IMMEDIATELY TO CHECK THAT THE CONSIGNMENT IS INTACT AND HAS NOT SUFFERED ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT. A claim for damage during transport must be in our hands no later than 7 days after receipt of goods. Lillnord may subsequently not be held responsible for damage during transport.
A claim for damaged goods must be made directly to Lillnord. It is a pre-requirement that is has also been ascertained that the correct goods have been delivered.
If the consignment is visibly damaged, you have 2 options: either to refuse receipt or to make a proviso for damaged goods directly on the fregiht bill.
If the packing is not visibly damaged, but damage is recognized subsequently, you must make a claim for damage promptly and no later than 7 days from day of receipt. The claim is to be sent to containing information of invoice number and a short description of your wishes.
Complaint or Wrong Delivery
If you have received defective goods, wrong goods or wish to complain about goods, please write to stating error / circumstances and invoice number. You should always contact Lillnord A/S prior to return of goods.
Goods for which a claim has been made must never be put into use before Lillnord has dealt with the complaint / claim.

We repair or exchange and send a new article, when receipt of the faulty / wrongly delivered article has taken place. Lillnord A/S coveres the cost of transport with tforwarder and by post in connection with a claim / wrongly delivered goods. Lillnord must be informed of not immediately visible defects within 7 days of receipt of goods. 


Return of Goods / Annulment of Order
You have the right to to annul your purchase within 14 days of the physical receipt of the goods. All you have to do is to contact Lillnord for info of return address and then return the goods within the stated time limit to that address. The return may vary depending on the product purchased.
The goods must be substantially be in same condition and number as received. The right to annul the purchase also takes effect if the customer refuses to accept receipt of the goods. 
Goods produced to order may not be returned to Lillnord.
The original packing must be returned in such a way as to allow sale of the article as usefull information to our customers about the application of the article, its measurements and values transpire form the packing. Please note that Lillnord will not accept goods in packing with handwritten remarks on. It is the responsibility of the customer that the goods are received safely by Lillnord or addressee stated by Lillnord.

Lillnord A/S reserved the right to rescind a contract of purchase and return the payment.
Insallation of Products / Articles
It is understood that all goods sold via the  Lillnord web-shop are sold excluding installation unless otherwise agreed. If installation is agreed the Lillnord General Conditions of Sales and Delivery (SLB95) apply.

Handling of Personal Data.
In order that we may deliver your order we need to have your name and postal address. If you wish for an order confirmation to be sent to your e-mail address, you will need to state your e-mail address. This information is neither sold nor handed over to a third party. Lillnord will only use it to market its products to you, if you expressly accept this. Your information will be saved indefinitely and may at any time be deleted. All you have to do is to send an e-mail to with the text "please sign me off!"
